

Founders, Dale Blair and Carole Robbins, are committed to a conference enterprise built upon significant experience in marketing, communications, advertising and publishing. Along with an advisory board and partners who comprise a wealth of knowledge in life science, health and wellness and not for profit, they are applying novel approaches to a live and web-based conference environment.
Carole Robbins brings over 30 years of marketing, advertising and communications expertise to Conference Development Associates. She is most known for developing highly-regarded business to business conferences for the life science industry, and is responsible for conceiving, designing and implementing the conference operations for a division of Euromoney, through ConferenceBuilders, a boutique conference production company for publications. Previously, she was founder and owner of Medical Associates of the State of New York, an ad agency catering to the Medical Society of the State of New York, and has held senior account positions within the ad agency community. Ms Robbins began her career as a researcher for America's first technology transfer publication, The NASA Tech Brief. Carole has also served on the Board of Directors of the Council on Economic Priorities and several other corporate social responsibility not for profits.
Dale Blair brings over 25 years of sales & marketing experience to Conference Development Associates. Specializing in business to business advertising sales, Dale has worked as a national sales manager for national publications in Pharmaceutical Marketing, Kitchen & Bath Business, Information Technology, and several Real Estate publications. After leaving the corporate environment in 2003, Dale founded LifeTime Expos & Event Management. LifeTime Expos & Event Management has since produced over 30 conferences and consumer expos in the Mid-Atlantic region. LifeTime’s consumer events focus on health and wellness providing attendees with an enjoyable and educational experience linking them to businesses and professionals who provide information relevant to changing needs. LifeTime’s small business conferences are dedicated to educating and empowering small business owners to stay competitive in today's business environment, while also providing those interested in starting a business with the education and support needed to begin the process.
